Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before engaging in our pet waste removal services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Introduction
Iowa Doo Crew provides professional pet waste removal services to residential and commercial properties. By requesting and continuing to use our services ("Services"), you ("Customer") agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms").
2. Service Description
We specialize in pet waste removal for residential and commercial properties. Our pricing structure is based on an average property size of 1/8 to 1/4 acre. Additional charges may apply for larger properties, and we will notify you before any additional fees are incurred. New customers will have their initial cleaning fee waived if they remain a customer for at least four full-price service visits. Early cancellation before completing four regular visits will result in a $75 early termination fee.
3. Access to Property
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that gates are unlocked and accessible during scheduled service times. If access is blocked due to locked gates, obstructions, or the presence of aggressive animals, the service may be skipped, and the regular service fee will still apply.
4. Yard Conditions
We strive to provide thorough cleaning; however, conditions such as tall grass, heavy leaf coverage, or excessive debris may hinder waste removal. If waste is missed due to these factors, we will make additional efforts during subsequent visits after the yard has been maintained.
5. Weather Conditions
Our services continue through most weather conditions except in cases of severe storms, flooding, extreme temperatures, or heavy snowfall. Our billing operates on a monthly subscription basis, and we do not provide refunds for missed service due to weather. If inclement conditions prevent service, we will resume in the next scheduled visit. For urgent cleanings outside the regular schedule, please contact us, though availability is not guaranteed.
6. Billing & Payments
Billing occurs after each service, with payments due upon receipt of the invoice. Unpaid balances exceeding 30 days will result in service suspension and a late fee equal to one week's service charge. Accounts with extended non-payment may be referred to a collections agency. One-time cleanings require a deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payments must be made via credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer.
7. Holiday Schedule
We do not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Services scheduled on these dates will be postponed to the next available service day without refunds.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information only for service-related purposes. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary for service fulfillment or legal compliance.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
